ETR-6/10N, 525ST and MFD12

Hello guys, I just connected this set to my boat:

MDF12 NavNet 3D
ETR-6/10N
525ST-MSD 10 pin

The display recognizes the module, I found the fishfinder screen, but it does not show the bottow, deep or temp. As if it were without a transducer. Do you know if I need any additional configuration, or if my transducer is not compatible?

If you go to the fishfinder menu and select the source and then open a fish finder screen, do you see anything? Maybe it is in STBY and it needs to be placed into transmit.

Another possibility is that the transducer isn't setup in the Installation Wizard. Try going to Menu-System and choose Installation Wizard. It will reboot and you'll see a countdown...don't hit skip. Once get to page that talks about master DHCP, click on NEXT using the Cursor pad and the center button which is like a left mouse click. Once get into settings menu, click on DFF1 tab, choose manual 50 kHz for low freq/200 kHz for high freq and 600W for power. Once done, click on SAVE & EXIT.

I didn't find this option Standby - Transmit. But it doesn't seem like that to me.

I followed all the steps, but there is no DFF1 option. I can find options for the ETR-6/10N, but I can't find transducer settings.

Even though you stated it clearly, I missed that the fish finder was an ETR6/10N (also known as BBFF1). All your pictures show proper settings. What approximate depth of water were you in on the fourth picture? Your range was set to about 0-500ft...If you're in 10ft of water --for example-- the picture would be jammed up at the top of the screen. Ensure that whatever depth you're in, the range is set from 0 to double that number. Push Rotokey and ensure that auto-range is turned off. Ensure that Auto-Fishing or Auto-Cruising is selected and see what happens. Also, ensure that you are in transmit mode...Look at the icon in the upper left of the screen...if it's pulsing, then you're transmitting. If the icon is steady, then you're in stand-by. To go to transmit (or to stby) use the cursor pad to put cursor on the icon and click the button in the center of the cursor pad (like a mouse click).
