DFF 1 Blank Screen

Hi,

I was monkeying around with the controls on my DFF 1 fish finder ( stupid ) and now I only have a blank screen. I tried shutting the whole system down and doing a factory default reset but nothing works. I must have done something with my button pushing ? Been without my fish finder for 4 days now and I can't even read bottom depth.
Any advice would be most appreciated.

Which display are you using? Some have a "Set Hardware to Factory Default" option in the bottom of the fish finder or sounder menu.
Another check would be to ensure that Key Pulse is set to off.
Otherwise, give our phone techs a call. They could likely sort you out in short order.
