Converting GPX to Navnet VX2 Format

I just purchased a boat that has a Navnet VX2 C-MAP NT MAX SD installed on it.

I would like to upload my waypoints. They are in a GPX format. What do I need to do to get them to upload from the SD Card?

If I upload a new file, does it append to the existing waypoints in the unit or does it overwrite? I thought I read somewhere that it overwrites. Don't want to take the chance of wiping out what is on the unit.

It is correct that the Vx2 overwrites. If you have two files that needs to be merged, it will have to be done with an external program.
