Another ? About 300 or 711C-OB

Trying to decide which AP. My 25 ft Cat will have twin Suzuki 200s with Optimus electric steering, all Furuno electronics which will include an SCX20. The primary use for the boat will be fishing.

It seems as though I could go either way with AP. The 300 comes with the gesture remote which is not available on the 711C. Is Sabiki mode included in the 300? It is listed on the website for the 711C, not the 300. Oversight? Any other feature / function differences?

The Navpilot300 does have the Sabiki mode option.
