The speaker that comes with 4850 unit I understand is for the loud hailer but can it be wired for receiving vhf communications? I'd like to flush mount the speakers on my dash and have the handset in drawer below the dash for a clean dash. See photo below id like to put the handsets in that drop down drawer and the speakers where those two icom radios are. Is this possible with the black box model ?
