1971F Water Temp Display

[Bright Idea]

I have a 1971F Plotter/Fishfinder and would like to know if the only water temp data that i can have displayed is the graph line across the screen ? I have been unable to find anything in the settings to put a numerical temperature in the data box ? This would be the first fishfinder that I have seen that doesnt have this capability but to this point I am stumped. Thanks in advance for any light you can shed on this.

Greetings Bright Idea,

Navigate to HOME > Instrument. In the instrument page, tap and hold the screen to bring up the page editor. Select "Single Databox." Next tap the screen once, tap on edit, scroll down to Water Temperature and select it. You should get the photo attached.

I will work on that. I assumed it had to be there, cant imagine it not being available. 1-2 deg temp breaks can mean a lot of difference when searching Albacore water and seeing that as a line across the screen isnt very practical.

In many of the units it will be called SST (Sea Surface Temp) not temp.
