Weather related questions

I'm upgrading to the TZ touch this winter and I have two questions relative to weather -

First - as it relates to the downloadable files from the Weather Center - are these saved on the units so they can be accessed when I am out of range of WIFI?

Second - as it relates to Sirius - I currently have a BBWX1. Is this compatible with the TZ Touch? I also hear that there is a new Sirius module that is going to be released. Are there features, etc... that I currently do not have on the BBWX1?

The NavCenter weather can be downloaded for up to 14 days, but I would limit it to the days you will be out. Here is a link to a great video explaining the features:

The Sirius BBWX1 will work with the TZT system. The new BBWX3 should be released by the beginning of the year. It will work with the current Sirius weather service as well as their new service which is supposed to be released sometime next year. I do not have any information on the new service as of yet.
