Unlock codes don’t work

Hi,
I just purchased a new set of unlock codes for some new charts I’ve installed. However, when I enter the unlock codes in my MFD12 I just get a message saying “The code you entered cannot unlock this area (reference mismatch)”.
Any ideas what I might doing wrong here?

Ok, sorted with a call to tech support. For reasons unkown, I had been given the wrong list of chart codes!
