Unknown RADAR symbol

The odd green double triangle icon appeared on the last trip. The "13" is associated with the symbol and moves with it. The MFD is showing chart with RADAR overlay. The icon stays in the same place as the boat changes heading but stays the same range from the boat.

Anyone know what this is?

It is a lost ARPA target

Thanks very much. Is there a list of all the icons together anywhere? Rather than imbedded in the individual function description in the manual.
