Uneven screen brilliance

Yesterday i couldn't adjust my screens to be equal brilliance even though they were both set to the highest setting.
Any body got some solutions?

Are they both set to DAY MODE? Have you adjusted the screen viewing angle under General for each unit?

I was running at sea and was trying to change the "north up" setting. It did go to "3d" for a moment and I set it back. How do I check for "DAY MODE"

Hit the power button one time quickly and look at the pop-up screen for modes and brightness.

Bingo...Funny there is so much to learn on these you tend to learn what you need at the time. Never knew of the different settings besides the slide bar.
