TZTouch2 3D sonar Slave display.

Hi Guys....Be great if anyone has a suggestion.
I have a TZTouch2 with 3D sonar.
I wish to display the 3D sonar ONLY on a second display..purely to view the 3D sonar.
Can I use a simple HDMI display?
I guess the main question is can I select/ send the 3D sonar view to this second screen while the main TZTouch2 screen displays Nav info / Engine info or would a HDMI connected display simply mirror the main display?
Seems silly to purchase a complete second MFD just to view 3D Sonar info?
Any suggestions much appreciated.

The HDMI out is a mirror image of what is on the display. For you to see the sounder/sonar on a connected HDMI monitor, that same image must be on the unit, unless you have the TZT2BB which is designed with two processors and two completely different videos for independent control. While it is possible to watch the sounder while your unit is a different screen using the Viewer App, that isn't currently possible with the 3D multi-beam. About the only option would be to spit the screen so you can see the multi-beam and something else at the same time for both locations; otherwise full functionality requires another MFD or Nobeltec TZ setup.
