TZTBBX master reset?

I recently upgraded my Timezero Navigator workstation to Timezero Professional. My dealer seems to have screwed up the associations as my TZ license is linked to my TZT2BB rather than my TZTBBX. I plan to call my dealer to get this mistake rectified but now my TZTBBX is acting up. When I booted up my TZTBBX there was a firmware update so not sure if my problem is firmware related or TZ licensing issues. In any event when I booted up my TZTBBX it showed no menu options under the “Initial install” and “General” menu us (it said no items found or something similar).

I’d like to do a master reset to do a clean fresh install. How do I do this? Or possibly go back to the last firmware as I didn’t have these problems before.

If you don't have a menu under those, it is a sure sign that the unit is having an issue with your connected 2000 bus. (just a symptom we have seen before with bad 2000 networks)
Turn off the unit, remove the 2000 cable from the back of the machine and turn on and try again. It will clear up then you must find out what it doesn't like with your 2000 bus. I recommend getting your chart associations worked out prior to buying any TZ Maps just because when licence are moved it overwrites not merges licences. You want the existing licences to be the only ones as they get moved and then buy any wanted TZ Maps.
