TZT3 NOT RECOGNIZING DOWNLOADED CHARTS

i have two new tzt3 16 inch mfds updated to the 3.7 software. the starbord mfd recognizes charts and allows me to chose which type of charts i want to display (see second image). however, the port display only shows "auto" under chart selection. it does not show the same screen as the stbd mfd. any ideas as to how i can fix this?

The port unit appears that the chart card hasn't been inserted, not seated well, or has been removed.

i pulled the card on both mfds. the card in the mfd that is not reading the charts is pictured below. both are the same cards. i made sure that the card was well seated. i have a picture below of the charts that are listed in the chart list category, on the port mfd, as you can see, there are only about 10 charts listed under the "others" category. as you can i have the filters set to see all the charts. however, on the stbd mfd there are hundreds of charts listed under east coast fl, west coast fl, rivers, cards for purchase and others. these charts do not appear on the port mfd ( only about 10 charts are listed under the "others" category.

the first two pics are of the port mfd which only as "auto charts" as the only option. the last pic is the pic of the stbd mfd which allows me to chose multiple charts. last pic is the microsd card from port mfd

any advise would be appreciated,
