TZT3 9 depth locking up

I have been noticing issues with my tzt3 9 depth locking up at 11ft when the water was really 5ft. The sounder does not stop marking fish or bottom, but the depth value freezes on a previous depth. The only way to overcome this issue is to reboot the machine. This did not happen until the new 3.5 update. It has done this 3 times on my trip today. I never had this issue before until this new software update.

Do you have any other depth sources? After programing it is really important to check that the depth source is correctly selected under the "DATA SOURCE" selection. We haven't received any other reports. After programming did you factory reset the unit? You might also want to reset the sounder because it also received new FPGA firmware. (HOME - SETTINGS - FISH FINDER - at bottom "set hardware to factory default")
