Two questions regarding TZT2BB.
1) When updating the TZT2BB software, does the sw update procedure have to be performed twice ?
(Once for each processor).
2) If yes and only one of two images appears (STBD) when TZT2BB boots AND we've confirmed the PORT monitor HDMI functionality is in good order (by swapping HDMI cables), can this be caused by a software mismatch between the two processors?
- Would a factory reset for both processors possibly remedy the issue or should the unit (in warranty) be sent in for eval?
(Note - we have confirmed processor #1 is @ v9.70).
