We're pleased to announce a software update is now available for NavNet TZtouch2 which includes compatibility with high-resolution seafloor maps from CMOR Mapping. The high-resolution shaded-relief bathymetric bottom images help customers identify suitable locations for fishing and diving. TZtouch2 MFDs can now display these bottom maps (when purchased) overlaid on conventional vector, raster, or fishing charts. The ability to overlay Hi-Res CMOR maps on other types of loaded charts of the customer's choosing is unique to TZtouch2. For more information on CMOR maps, please visit their website: www.cmormapping.com. Please Note: CMOR chart areas must be in MapMedia format for use on NavNet TZtouch2 MFDs. Charts purchased directly from CMOR are not compatible with TZtouch2 MFDs. The first available coverage areas are South Florida and the Gulf of Mexico. Additional areas will become available in the coming weeks. Software revision v6.23 is an application update, and TZtouch2 MFDs must be at v6.21 before updating to v6.23.
