TZT2 Screen cleaning

What is the procedure for cleaning the touch screen.
I don't want to use anything that will damage the screen'

1. Never clean the screen in the sun.

I always try to keep the units shaded from direct sun. They can get really hot.
As mentioned, only clean the screens when cool to the touch. With the power off, I wipe the screens gently with a damp chamois. If a smudge is stubborn I'll use a Zeiss lens cleaner cloth in the foil packets and then wipe the screen with the chamois again.

The cold water and mirofiber sounds like the way to go. Do not want any chemicals to attack the touch screen

My TZT2 screens get wiped down with a damp synthetic chamois cloth at the end of every trip just like the rest of the boat console and t-top. I assume everyone uses these chamois on their boat - they are the best:
