TZT2 not saving settings on shutdown

I have two TZT2 12" units. One unit does not keep setting after I shut it down.

It always comes back on with the plotter chart centered somewhere near Miami, and the other unit is always centered in the same place it was shut off.

Chart settings are back to default and things like SiriusXM favorite channels are not stored.

The other unit keeps everything like it was when I shut it down.

Have you tried a factory reset of the software?

The Factory reset seems to have done the trick.
