Recent bought a fiberglass boat and look to upgrade the navnet vx2 to a txt14 plus a Dff1-uhd and looking at the pm275lh-W transducer (for shallow water - up to 80m). Question I have - I fish many depths by my favorite depths fished are 50-70m of water looking for isolated lumps on bottom and bottom growth (life - sea whips, etc). Searching at speed.
It's a wide beam, constant 25,, just worried it will compress too much bottom signal / pic and miss potential spots. Any experience with this or advise pls, thanx.

Staples-1,
If you are looking for items on the bottom at that depth (70-80m) you are probably better served using a B-265 and slowing down.
