Tzt-3 PBG tracks started recording in grey color only. Why?

So I bought these units because of PBG. I’ve had them for about a year. For some reason the last few trips when I turn PBG on, my graph shows only in greyscale void of all the colors that were there before. What could be causing this? My skills on the units are still very caveman but I want to use them to their full potential. Please help.
