Hello, we have a system running 4 new tz3 12". They have been updated by our furuno rep himself just a week or two ago.
They have been working fine. The customer called us this morning with a complaint of them booting up to the black furuno logo screen and never leaving that page. All 4 units.
Any ideas or clues what could be causing this?
I know its a long shot but maybe you guys have heard of similar?
