TZ2BB Freezing at a previous location during a 30 hour trip

It has now happened twice drifting for swordfish at night. The BB freezes at a location and
does not update GPS position or vessel tracks. In fact I cannot get vessel tracks at all now. To
make matters worse I can not use my FLIR because I only see a blue screen on my MU150HD.
it worked perfectly last week. 24 volt Power provided by Mastervolt iso-transformer from ships battery bank and generator.

BB at 6.26 software level.
DRS12A software upgraded
DDF3- software upgraded
Hub101
PSU12
MU150Hd 2 units
Fa30 ? or 40?
Icom 604 radios -2 units
 
A freezing TZT2BB could indicate issues with your network or NMEA2000 network bus. It's recommended to check these connections and/or replace old ethernet cables if they look worn or are loose.

Using software 6.26 have not had time to upgrade. Using the keypad not touch screen. This system was bought to replace old navnet BB.
 
Upgrade so you can use the built in NMEA 2000 recorder to record data and submit it to tech support for study. Like Magnetron it sounds like a NMEA 2000 bus problem or conflict.
 
Okay so I downloaded version 8.0 but can't find version 7.0 for TZT2BB. Is software cumulative or how do I download Version 7.0. As previously stated all cables are brand new
going into the BB, 101 hub, The input to the two MU150HD is via HDMI and a signal splitter like is outline in the conversion literature for NAVBB to TZT2BB. I have used Furuno equipment for 34 years.
 
You do not need to step update. One would program directly to the newest version (v8). Thanks for being a long time customer.
