TZ2 Micro SD Card for Charts

The original Micro SD Card has charts organized in folders by maker, region, etc.

Is this required, or can I have all the charts I need in a single directory.

I ask because for my Nobeltec Time Zero Navigator all the files start out in a single location before they are installed to the program. It would be easier to manage my chart files if I didn't have to save to specific folder.

I am away from our boat until May or I would have just tried the single directory idea.

It is not required. As long as the file is unzipped, the system will see the files. They can be stored all on the root of the card or in folders. You can choose the naming of the folders as you choose.
