Tx touch 2 compatible depth sounders

Hi there I have a FI-50 depth sounder which gives 3 dashes 95% of the time. Mated to the touch 2.
What should it be replaced with. I’m hauling the boat in a week. Would you stay with Furuno. I prefer Garmin. But compatibility may be an issue. Please advise. Fwd and aft looking would be helpful. I don’t fish much vessel is a Tollycraft 44 cpmy. I haul out in a week!

FI-50 is a commercial product not typically discussed on this consumer light/leisure forum. They typically work or don't turn on. It is likely nothing to do with the FI-50 itself but the source of the depth data for which it would be trying to display. I would recommend talking with the official support of your local Furuno distributor.
