Transfer Waypoints from Simrad evo2 to TZ touch 2

Im struggling with this simple task!

ive done plenty of transfers in my life from other units but I can’t seem to get this one to work.

export coordinates from EVO 2. Select GPX. Done.

insert card into Furuno. And says no data found? I’m using the USB cord that’s attached the unit.

im doing something wrong but I’m stumped at this point!

anyone know what I’m doing wrong?

Thank you for your inquiry.
First, lets ensure a couple of items;
the PC needs to be a Windows based OS. Unfortunately a Apple/Mac does not work.
Do not use a secure USB flash memory or SD card.
Format the USB flash memory or SD card to file system FAT32. The capacity should be 32GB or less. Will NOT work with EXFAT file formatting.
Turn off power before inserting/removing the media connected to the USB port to prevent corruption of the data.
Next;
Home--Setting---Files---Export File Format---GPX---Import Files & Routes--- Select/highlight the file that you wish to import.

If this fails to accomplish the file import you may also open an "ask a question" case with our technical support department https://www.furunousa.com/en/company/contactus.
Then attach the GPX file(s) that you wish to import to the TZT2 and email them to us.
We will convert the GPX file to the correct .TZD file format and email back to you so that you can import to the TZT2
