Tide Data Wrong

My tide data is about 12 hrs off. Searched forum and apparently this has been going on since 2012. Is there a separate location to download tide data? I am updated to latest version 7. I am located in Canada.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Can you please confirm the version of tide chart that you are using. Below are the steps.

Hit the Home Button
Select Charts
Scroll down until you see "Others"
look for SDWW00Tides_____.dbs, what version does it show? 006, 10, 12?

Can you confirm the tide chart version for us?

Hi,

I have version 10 under “Worldwide” . Now since I’m looking at the version I noticed the time/date is off. Says 2001. Using my external gps as data source. When I change to TZTL12F it corrects to the right time. My external source is GPS17x-NEMA2000. Strange it’s not getting correct time from the gps, the position seems to be correct.

Tide is correct with time corrected.
