Spotlight in monitor?

Just got delivery of my new trawler and commissioning is just about complete. All Furuno system. 3 TZT2 monitors. 2 of which are connected to the black box. One is connected to a PC. Of the 2 connected to the black box, one displays a spotlight from above when the system is shut down. The other one goes dark. The one connected to the PC also goes dark. This is before I turn the breakers off. Once I turn the breakers off everything goes dark.
Is this a warranty issue?
Is there a way to turn the “spotlight” off?
