how can i 'unsync' the screens range when using the plotter and radar? ex: running at night with the radar set at 1.5 miles, and wanting to range out the plotter to 3 miles, to see what lies ahead, or which way the channel goes.

Thank you for your inquiry.
The Plotter with Radar overlay has a "range link" feature that is turned ON by default.
You can turn this feature off by; Home----Settings-----Plotter----Range Link---OFF
