Sounder screen adjustment on a GP-1971

Bullish

As stated in previous posts, I installed two earlier this year. One is hooked up to my existing B60 so I can use bottom discrimination. For the other, I installed a B175HW so I can take advantage of Chirp technology for tuna trolling. Both seem to be working fine, but I can’t figure out a setting that will allow me to move the sea bed to the bottom of the screen. The sea bed is near the middle or higher on each screen, essentially wasting the bottom half of the screen and not allowing me to take advantage of the size of these larger units. Shifting does not seem to fix this issue. My 1650’s always had the sea bed at the bottom of the screen, which allowed me to take use the whole screen. That is what I need help with. Otherwise, I’m very happy as I get more time on the water with these units. Thanks.

Bullish,
Are you using the sounder in the Auto-Range mode? If so, try the steps below.
