Sonar Reading

I finally got the opportunity to get out on my boat this year and started to run my electronics consisting of a TZT2 and a TZT. I noticed when I ran my 258 through the tzt2 and tried to put the display on the TZT the screen doesnt seem to advanced and kinda freezes in place and the numerical box is kinda doing the same. When i run the dff3d on the TZT everything is fine with no freezing. Running the 258 on the tzt2 works just fine no freezing. I did switch positions of the transducers over the winter just to try something. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I would ensure that you have current software in your TZT (v5.01) and TZT2 (v5.03). You might also check your DFF3D has 1.04 software. (using the sensor list of TZ units). If everything is up to date, I would talk with Tech support while at the boat.

I guess I will have to call the tech line. It starts to read a little and then freezes on the TZT. Seemed to work fine in November. Probably something between the HUB and the tzt im guessing since it works fine on the TZT2.
