Side scan lost entire left side

Came out fishing today and lost the entire left side of my sidescan. Have tried resetting the sounder, tried plugging it into another display. Pretty sure something is going on with the elements for the left side any suggestions before calling the help desk on Monday?

Wow. That is the first time seeing that. I agree with your troubleshooting thoughts. If the other TZT3 did the same thing; it looks pretty firm that something has happened to that one side. Is this a single or pair side-scan transducer?

It is a single transducer.
