Side scan help

Running twin tz13x units. I’m running 165T/265LH-PM488 as well as 455T-TM903. 165 is plugged into the dff3d box 265 is plugged into the port unit and 455 is plugged into the starboard unit. Dff3d as well as my standard fish finder works fine but my side scan is not. All I get is a blank black screen. Any ideas how I could get the side scan working properly?

Go into the unit connected directly to the side-scan, go into settings, side-scan settings and scroll to the bottom of the screen and do a "Hardware reset". I have seen this before and it normally shakes up the sounder into seeing the side-scan transducer TI-ID chip.
