Selecting correct transducer

So, I have had trouble with NavNet 3D connected to BBDS1 and Airmar TM260 trans.
I did a Master reset then an install wizard.
When it came to set up the transducer I do not see my model in the drop down box.
The closest model is 1kw: 526T-HDD.
What should I do?

Yes, you can use that setting or set the transducer setting. The elements are exactly the same as that model (B260 : 526T-HDD)

great, thanks.
Now, is there any way of checking while the NAvNet 3D is running if the transducer I selected is actually connected?
the reason I ask is when ever I do a install wizard and I come to the transducer selection page it seems to default to TD-ID!
Is this normal?
I have searched every menu option to see if the 526T-HDD is still selected.

For the NN3D and others when you see TD-ID that means the chip in the transducer is talking to the sounder and automatically taking control of using the correct settings.

Took the boat out for a fish and after changing transducer settings the HF side works perfectly.
LF on the other hand was really bad.
The bottom line sounding was weak and broken and I kept losing depth reading.
I think my trans is fried.
Thoughts?..

NN3D transducer setup was a bit odd so you want to check that it was set up correctly. Yes, there could be a problem with the transducer and many dealers have a transducer tester that can sweep it and see if it is a problem or not.
