SCX-20 / Helm Master Autopilot Settings

I have the SCX-20 and Yamaha Helm Master EX for autopilot, using TZT3. Do you recommend setting the autopilot to use the Helm Master GPS unit or the SCX-20? I currently have it set to Helm Master but wondered if it should actually be set to SCX-20. Thank you!

Helm Master EX is very proprietary. It is likely that it won't allow you to use the SCX.
