SC70 installation- Communication Error

I just installed a SC70 Sat Compass. On initialization, I get a Communication Error after the ROM/RAM check of the Display, Antenna, and J-box, that check out with OK for each. I checked the wiring from the display to the J-box, those look correct. Just wondering about the LAN cable from j-box to antenna.
I did not get the FURUNO antenna (LAN) cable from the dealer, I had one made of the proper length needed. I wonder if they wire incorrectly. As it appears, FURUNO terminates the RJ45 connects the same as regular LAN network. Not sure if this is the problem.
The instrument doesn't get past the initialization screen, just keeps saying Loading in the upper right screen.

The SC70 is a commercial product and not supported on this forum. From my understanding they never recommend using your own RJ45 cable on the SC70 due to many having similar problems. The Furuno cable is highly recommended for various reasons and this is one area you don't want to cut corners. I recommend you contact tech support directly with your home country distributor.
