SC33 sat compass instalation

Installing a SC33 on a small boat 26'x8'. Not able to comply with all separation stipulations. sSc33 will only be 55" from vhf antenna.
Also, it will be blocking the partial view of my gps antenna. Both will be on the same nmea 2000 backbone will this be an issue? Thanks for any help!

If those are the only two concerns, then it should work fine for you. The SC33 will provide a better source of GPS along with heading. The GPS unit will most likely still get a GPS fix and being both (SC33 and GPS) receiving antennas, I wouldn't expect any problems.
