Route information bar sometimes goes away

Just completed a passage with the new TZT2 v7 firmware being used for the first time. I really like being able to use a two finger tap to get a full screen and back in dual screen mode. However, after a while of going back and forth, the route information bar at the top goes away and I can't figure out how to get it back.

If I change the display choice to something else like a single plotter or radar screen, then go back to dual screen, the route bar reappears and stays for a while until multiple changes between full screens has it gone again.

Is there something I'm missing in keeping it there or getting it back when it goes?

When I first read the post, I was thinking it was an undiscovered software bug but testing it we couldn't duplicate what you are finding. I would recommend backing up your user data and settings and conducting a factory clear of the unit. Maybe it was never cleared after the last update it received. Hopefully a reset will resolve it for you.
