Removing transceiver DRS12A-NXT to replace scanner motor

Hi all,
Anyone know how to remove the transceiver in a drs12a-nxt scanner?
I have to replace the scanner motor and it is behind the transceiver, kind of difficult design IMHO.

Work inside a unit housing is normally done by qualified and trained servicing dealers. If a dealer, I recommend you reach out directly to the local Furuno official support. While such work details is normally provided to dealers via a service manual, one is not yet available for this unit. Support has some helpful information to assist upon dealer request.
