RDP 149 problem

I bought a used VX2 RDP 149 that It can power up but dispplay just keep showing status bar loading over and over ( see attachment ).I contacted with your Vietnam dealer but they said that they never sell it in Vietnam. Please help me on this problem

I would try reprogramming the unit with the software we have posted on our website. If it still doesn't work it sounds like there is a problem with the SPU board.

The software is posted under the product model number on our website. The RDP149 isn't the model number of the radar or plotter unit when sold. There is Navionics software, C-map software, software for CCFL LCD units and LED backlit units. Exactly which are you looking for? Do you have your model number? Serial number from existing software?

I have a 1943C radar but the display RDP139 is broken. I bought the used RDP149 ( serial numcer is 4323-7388) on Ebay and seller said that my radar will be 1944C model if I use his display 149.

That is correct, it will be a 1944C.

But his 149 display can not work. I turn it on but can not run to any page, status loading bar keep running. I can not send it back to my seller too. Please help

If you have a bad display you purchased and can't send it back; I would recommend buying another from a better vendor. Maybe they will give you something if you trade this one in. Alternatively, you could send this unit into the service center and have it evaluated for repair to see exactly what is wrong.
