Raymarine to Furuno waypoints

I will soon be changing from a Raymarine E120 MFD to Furuno TZ touch 14. I can down load my waypoints from the Ray unit to a CF card. How do I get them from the CF card to an SD card in a format that the Furuno unit will be able to use?
