problemes with update

good evening, thanks for your suggestions, bought a new 2 gb sd card, downloaded the update program of my navnet rtp 149, I noticed that the slot where to insert the sd card is damaged and does not read the card, I ask if it is possible to update the software via computer, and if possible to know which program to use.

No, the Vx2 is updated via the Card slot only. The unit would need to be repaired (or replaced with a serviceable used display).
