Omni sonar video help

Would love some troubleshooting tips to get video back on for Omni sonar. The unit turns on fine, we are able to lower the sonar, and it will retract, but we get no video. Have jiggled cables, looked under helm for loose connections, etc. thoughts? It was last turned on yesterday and was fine
