Not able to see map anymore

I am having some trouble with my Navnet system, here is an attached picture. (Note, i am a friend of the owner of this system, he isn't really techie so i am helping him out and am unable to figure out the problem)

He is saying that this screen on the left should have a map on it, but now it doesn't.

It seems your friend lost position, not the map. The boat is sitting pretty close to 0/0 Lat/Long.
This can be caused by a bad GPS sensor or more likely the incorrect position source selected. This can be checked in the installation wizard set up.
