Newest TZBB2 track & points

Recently installed the newest TZBB2 and still getting to learn the new system from the NavNet3D I previously had on my vessel.

Question 1: I can’t seem to get my vessel’s track on the chart plotter to be displayed. When I click on the vessel icon, the “Track” and “Track back” boxes are grayed out and I cannot turn either of them on. When I used the slide box info, “Track” and “Start Nav” are also grayed out. In “Layers” the “Track” option is on.

Question 2: A yellow alert box appeared on the chart plotter that says “Maximum Track Points Reached”
1) What does that actually mean and what do I do to fix the problem of Maximum Track Points Reached?
2) How do I get rid of the yellow alert box?

I am wondering if the two questions are related here...

It appears you had your tracking on and you have used up all your track points. To free up space, you would need to delete your existing tracks or change the setting to allow the system to start over writing the oldest track information. (Menu - Settings - Ship&Track - Automatic track deleting "ON") Don't forget you have a track recording and a track display settings. One from the boat icon you found and the other from a swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
