I just received my boat and had a cm599lh transducer and a 3D transducer installed. On the 3D I can mark fish ok up high but on my cm599lh it does not pick up what the other transducer is picking up.low and high frequency on cm599 is not working that well and I can’t get “worms” to pop up to indicate fish. It’s mainly blank on the top water column. What should I do? Source says tztouch3d. Should it be saying diFf amp?

JasonM,
Thank you for your inquiry.

Will need some clarification of your statement;
What should I do? Source says tztouch3d. Should it be saying diFf amp?

The "Fishfinder....Settings......Source" menu should be set to whichever TZT9F/12F/16F/or 19F that is being utilized for fish finding. (The unit the DI-FFAMP is physically connected to).
There is no "Source" selection for the DFF3D or the DI-FFAMP box.

If you suspect that the CM599LH is not marking well I would contact a Certified Airmar Installer to inquire about an onboard test of the transducer itself. You can locate your nearest certified installer using this link; https://www.airmar.com/aci.html
