Network problems

Would there be any setting that would cause a TZT2 to not respond to the network? I do not have any flashing lights at the hub , all my other equip is communicating fine. I tried a different ethernet cable that I know works also.

No, there is no network ON or OFF setting. It sounds like a connection issue/hub/unit issue. I would bypass the hub and take something direct and see if it shows up in your sensor list after power cycling.
 
This is a second had unit I just picked up. I unplugged the network cable from a working unit and plugged it into the new "used" unit. I got nothing, the light at the hub for that connection does not blink and the unit does not show on the sensor list. The network plug looks a little dirty. Is there a tool for cleaning the contacts?

I guess I didn't get a deal after all, I will plan on sending it in for repairs. :angry
