NavPilot 300 With Octopus Pump Hydraulic connection questions

The Octopus instructions say the helm pump reservoir port is to be above the autopilot pump. In my boat's case the reservoir hose goes from the helm reservoir port down to the Seastar PA1200 Power Assist units reservoir port
I will be connecting the hose from the Autopilots pump reservoir port to the port of the power assist unit (with a Tee) that would be below the Autopilot pump....
would this be an issue? The Helm pump would still be above the Autopilot and Power assist pumps.

The general idea, in a perfect world, is that you want everything connected, going downhill. Starting with the helm at the highest point, to the steering cylinder at the lowest point. This prevents creation of a bubble trap that can cause problems later on. All bubbles will flow upward to the helm and you can add fluid to regain steering.
Before the time of the Power Purge this would be a problematic installation right away. Using a pressurized bleeder will allow you to force the air out of the system. Just be aware that bubbles will collect in any high points of the plumbing throughout the life of the installation.
