NavPilot 300 with Lowrance HDS Chartplotter

Does anyone have any experience using the NavPilot 300PG with a Lowrance HDS display and Navionics charts?
I am excited to get the NavPilot 300PG, but want to make sure it will work well with my Lowrance MFD on a NEMA 2k Network. I don't have the budget right now to change the MFD, but the NavPilot really looks like an exceptional AP, especially for trolling and even more for Sabiki Mode for bottom fishing and fishing bridges.

Using standard PGN data from the Lowrance should have no problems driving the pilot.
