Navnet Vx2 radar doesn' come on

I have 2 Navnet Vx2 Radar plotters on board. RDP148 displays, RSB0071 antennas. Each unit has a separate GP32 GPS connected only. One radar, after powering up sounds alarm when pushing transmit button. After pushing alarm button it displays "no heading pulse detected" push enter key to continue. Upon pushing enter key message says "no bearing pulse detected". The antenna scanner does not power up. Voltage to unit from batteries is 12.4 volts DC. wires, connections and plugs appear good. I've tried removing cables plugged into monitor and powering up, no results. I've tried swapping antenna cables, no results. I've looked at system setup and antenna type selected is 1734C (which I think is right). I'm at a loss and would appreciate any help.

It sounds like the setup configuration isn't correct or there is a problem with the radar scanner. I would recommend talking to tech support while at the unit so that they can help you determine if this is a simple setup issue or a real problem.
