NavNet TZTouch to GP1971F

Normally one would connect via NMEA 2000 so a NMEA 2000 bus is required; not just one single cable.

If you are only wishing to output NMEA 0183 from the NavNet to the GP1971F; the multi-cable on both units is already there.

We could be more helpful if you provided a bit more information what exactly you are wanting to do.

Trying to transfer data/info like radar from the NavNet to the GP. The units are mounted 2" apart with the NavNet on the starboard side. The cable you mentioned is about 4-6" too short.
One other issue is the NavNet has a hard time picking up a signal and when it does, time date ect is correct. Soon as the signal is lost it reverts back to factory /demo mode. No other GPS units on board . Would a auxiliary antenna eliminate this and if so what do I need.

The GP1971F is not a network item like the NavNets. It will never show the NavNet radar no matter how you try to connect them. Currently the only radar working on the GP1971F is the wireless radar (DRS4W which doesn't on the NavNets).
